First annual Thunder Bay Bowl for a Cure a success!

On Saturday, November 4, the first annual Thunder Bay Bowl for a Cure took place at Mario’s Bowl.
Almost 30 union workers along with their families and friends came out to the event and everyone enjoyed a great night. Part of the fundraiser included best poker hand where a strike would let you trade in a card.
A very special thank you to Rick Szyja Local 175 Executive Board Vice-President for organizing this event, and to everyone who attended.
We were able to raise $605.00 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada and can’t wait until next year to do it again.
